Your Distance Reiki Treatment

This is where you book your 45-minute distance Reiki treatment with me, Bo. It is included as part of your Discover Reiki course, so there is nothing extra to pay. Just choose a time that works for you and I will take care of the rest.

What to Expect

At the time of your session, find somewhere quiet and comfortable, with a glass of water to hand. You might lie down, sit in a chair, or settle however feels right. You do not need to do anything except be present and allow.

I will send Reiki to you remotely for 45 minutes. Distance Reiki works on the same principles as hands-on Reiki: energy moves beyond the limits of space, and your body knows how to receive it. Some people notice warmth, gentle tingling, or a deep sense of calm. Others simply fall asleep. All of it is welcome.

After your session I will send you a short note with anything I observed during the treatment.

A Few Practical Things

• Please book at least 48 hours in advance so I have time to prepare

• Try to read through your ebook before the session if you can, it gives you a useful foundation

• Wear comfortable clothing and have water nearby

• Switch your phone to silent and give yourself a little time afterwards to come back slowly
